   Norm reviews the changes he made in response to Alex's comments

   Alex: They look good to me.

   Norm: I propose that we adopt these changes for the FWPD, any objections?

   Norm summarizes the only change since the last review: "This is in many
   ways substantially incomplete...opportunity for comment."

   Norm: Any other comments about the draft?
   ... I propose to merge Alex's changes into this draft, fix the two errors
   assigned as actions today (remove the FIXME and add a summary of changes
   since 1.0) and request publication as a FPWD. Any objections?

   Norm: Ok, I propose a New Orlean's vote. The editor will publish new
   drafts this week, if no objections are raised in email before the end of
   Monday, 15 December 2014, they will be so published.

   Alex: Should we plan some sort of XProc event at XML Prague.
   ... Maybe something at the pre-conference.

   Henry: Talk to Jirka

   Jim: I can investigate.
