  Charter update

   Liam says it's in two-week internal review. Where it's been for about a
   month. He's nudging the powers that be.

  Roundtable/review

   Alex: Where are we on parameters? Anyone done any more/thought about it
   more?
   ... If we did try to put together a draft of V.next and we used what we've
   discussed so far with a whole bunch of issues attached to the parts we
   haven't come to agreement on. Would that be ok?

   Norm: You're right, we did have a long thread on parameters that probably
   did peter out.
   ... I'm not worried about establishing any sort of status quo.
   ... Alex, would you be interested in trying to write it up in spec-ease?

   Alex: I can do that.
