Canceled: XProc telcons on 2, 9, and 15 April

Apologies. Preparations for MarkLogic World and an impending code
freeze are consuming all of my waking moments. And next week is the
conference. And I'm taking a few (well deserved!) days of vacation
after that, so I don't think I can practically have an agenda ready
for the ides of April.

Feel free to work amongst yourselves. I believe we'll have a charter
announcement by the time we resume on 23 April.
