Dinner Arrangements, etc.

I'm trying to help put together our dinner arrangements with Henry as well
as make some other suggestions for other nights.  I need to know a few bits
from those attending:

   * Do you have anyone traveling with you and will they be joining us?
   * What are your dietary requirements, if any?
   * Arrival / Departure dates
