Shall we have a face-to-face in February?

Forgot to bring this up on the call, but maybe we can do some planning
in email.

At the last f2f, we discussed the possibility of having a f2f after
XML Prague.

I believe Henry offered to host (no pressure if my memory is
mistaken).

I propose meeting in Edinburgh on 18 and 19 February.
