Updated issues lists

Folks,

I made sure the issues lists are up-to-date for tomorrow:

  http://www.w3.org/XML/XProc/2010/11/lc-comments/Overview.html

and

  http://www.w3.org/XML/XProc/xproc-candidate-issues/Overview.html

The latter probably needs more triage. I'll get to it if I can before I get
on the plane tomorrow.
