Update the XML Processing Model Group page

Dear,

This page needs to be updated : http://www.w3.org/XML/Processing/

Here is my first take :
* Say that XProc 1.0 is a rec
* put links to xproc.org for implementations and test-suites
* Add link to template note
* add link to the various mailing list : xproc-dev etc...
* use less space for the link to the minutes (multicolumn ?)
