The last two words (not counting the example) in section 3
are "default process" but should be something else ("basic
profile" perhaps, or maybe some other wording).

I note that xrefs in section 4 to section 3's title look
funny, but I realize that is just due to the change markup.
Perhaps the XSLT can be tweaked to avoid picking up deleted
text when doing an xref.

I'm not feeling very creative, but we do need to get
"default" out now, and I think we need to get "xml" in
(it won't be under an XML directory once it's on the TR
page).  Maybe xml-proc-prof.
