Publication Request: XProc on 22 Dec 2009

Dear webreq,

The XML Processing Model WG would like to publish the following
document:

  XProc: An XML Pipeline Language

as a Last Call Working Draft on 22 Dec 2009. (Yes, this is a step
backward in the process; I've provided a L/C end date.) The document
is staged at

I believe that the document is pubrules clean. It should be possible
to publish it simply by copying it as-is into TR-space:

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/WD-xproc-20091222/

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. We're
hoping to get this document out before the publishing moratorium, but
if that's not practical, we'll certainly understand.
