We've gotten lazy/busy elsewhere/distracted, and our rate of progress
is dropping!  Please try to make the time to prepare for the call and
dial in -- here are the issues I hope to work through (these _exclude_
ones which are either particularly relevant to Norm or involve

 issues 84, 87, 90, 101, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109
