New draft with diff

In the usual place:

  http://www.w3.org/XML/XProc/docs/langspec.html

with diffs, 

  http://www.w3.org/XML/XProc/docs/diff.html

I'm experimenting with navigation through the diffs (that's what the little
arrows are) but it's ... imperfect so far.
