Last minute stuff

Everyone,

We are getting geared up for your visit later this week, and looking forward
to seeing you soon.

If you arrive in the area before 10pm on Tuesday night, please come by.
We will make steaks, chicken, burgers, dogs and other light summer fare
and relax by the pool or around a bonfire. Beer(s) and wine(s) will be 
available.

I suggest that everyone try to be here by 9am on Wednesday morning.
I can send a car to collect everyone who is staying at the Rocklyn Inn.

The weather forecasts indicate that we will be having very warm weather,
i.e., we are expecting temperatures to run 25-31C or 77-84F. Our meeting
rooms have AC, so we will be comfortable indoors. However, I thought
that I should point out that we have pools to help keep cool. So do bring 
along
a swim suit because we find that we are not as liberal as we once were.

If you care to hike the Bruce Trail, bring along appropriate shoes.

We are going to Ted's on Wednesday night. Dressing way down is de rigeur.
We are going to the local theatre on Thursday night. Casual wear is 
appropriate.

Some cell phones get reception here. Others do not.

Wifi service is open and accessible anywhere in or around the main house.
I believe that the Rocklyn Inn also has Internet service, but I am not sure
that they have wifi.
