Dear chairs, dear all

This is to remind you that the good rate at the Royal Hotel Casino will  
expire after Friday 20 Januaary 2006. After that date the rates will be  
increased by about EUR 30. Please, let the participants of your group(s)  
know that they should reserve their hotel.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Royal Hotel Casino at a discount  
rate for 8 nights, from Saturday, 25 February through Saturday, 4 March  
2006 (all inclusive).
Discount rates (until Friday 20 January 2006):
   Single room: 160 EUR/night
   Double or twin room: 190 EUR/night
   Breakfast (American Buffet): included in room rate.
   City tax: 0,80 EUR/night/pers.
