Re: Agenda for XProc WG telcon of 2 Feb 2006

I've just updated the requirements document:

    http://www.w3.org/XML/XProc/docs/langreq.html

One noticeable change is that I've reformatted the requirements
sections:

    * removed the links to the "no use case"
    * removed source listed except those that are published
      W3C notes

I think we can easily map the requirements to use cases in a
compact table and that will be both easier to read and easier
to navigate.

I'm not happy with the format of the requirements section as
it is currently hard to read as subsections. I like the ability
to have TOC entries for them, but the current document is hard
to read. Suggests are welcome.

The one thing I did not get to was re-ordering the requirements
as Murray suggested (i.e. in the order of the design principles).
I just didn't get to it.
