Atom feed for XProc issues

I've created an Atom feed for XProc issues:

  http://xproc.org/atom/language-issues.xml

That's a feed of NEW and REOPENED issues, not all the issues. I suppose
I should create a feed for all the issues too, but I haven't yet.
