Changes to "serdiff" program

Hi folks,

In working through getting a new XML Calabash release out, I decided
to clean up the 'serdiff' program from tests.xproc.org a little bit.

The new version finesses away a few more insignificant differences:
whitespace at the end of the file, attribute order, and hexadecimal
vs. decimal numeric character references.
