Thank you, Michael. At our telcon earlier this week, shortly before
your mail arrived, we agreed to publish the draft that you reviewed
(with a few minor alterations to the diagram in section 4) as a new
Last Call Working Draft.
I'm inclined to proceed with that plan and treat your latest review as
a review on that Last Call document. I hope that that meets with your
satisfaction. In no way is this intended to be dismissive of your
comments, I'd simply like to move forward with additional public
review in parallel.
