Typo: c:http-request and c:http-response

  Hi,

  In the current CR from 2008-11-26, in the p:http-request definition,
the request and response are refered to as the elements c:request and
c:response resp. <http://www.w3.org/TR/xproc/#c.http-request> but in
the example <http://www.w3.org/TR/xproc/#example-http-request>  the
names c:http-request and c:http-response are used instead.
