[closed] Re: p:http-request content-type and encoding

The WG discussed this issue over the course of several telcons,
concluding on 19 Mar 2009.

I believe our conclusion was that the spec answers all of the relevant
questions.

I did add a note to the spec to point out explicitly that there's no
easy, direct method to send a multipart message with two XML parts in
different encodings.
