Resigning from the Core WG

Paul,

With regret, I find that I must tender my resignation from the XML
Core Working Group. Changing priorities with my employer and personal
acknowledgement of my own failure to participate as fully as I feel
the group deserves have finally taken their toll.

My sincere apologies for not being able to push XInclude 1.1 through
to Recommendation.

I’ll still be around at the same email addresses and the same
conferences. I still care deeply about our XML technologies, so if
there’s anything I can do personally to help out, please don’t
hesitate to ask.
