Two, I say two, XInclude implementations!

Hi all,

I'm pleased to say that I've been able to implement XInclude 1.1 in
MarkLogic. That puts getting an implementation report and test suite
back onto the top of my stack. Henry, I'd still like to have another
implementation because I'm not wholly convinced that my latest is 100%
complete.
