Namespace document for the xs: namespace

Hi all,

I guess this is ours now. I haven't worked on the schema spec in ages
and ages. Can someone tell me where the current sources are for the
xs: namespace document?

Per our decision about xs:numeric, I agreed to make sure it got
updated.
