Rejoining XML Core [was: W3C XML Activity Renewed]

Due to some new deliverables in our new charter, everyone
in the WG must rejoin.

The Call for Participation went out to the AC at
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/w3c-ac-members/2013JulSep/0014
but that means that invited experts--of which this WG has
several--never see the Call, hence this email.

The AC reps for all WG members with AC reps plus all
invited experts should go to
https://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/18796/join
to rejoin the WG.
