Henry, David and I had an informal chat for 15 minutes. . XML Activity Rechartering approved - expect a formal announcement in the next few days, and I'll put links to the new charters in place after that. . Schema Component Designators - a Schema WG document currently in CR that should turn into a Note, unless there's a 2nd implementation that can turn it into a Rec, but no WG is chartered to do that work now.
