Re: [Bug 14689] xml-stylesheet with type=text/xsl needs to be handled explicitly

Personally, I would accept a non-normative paragraph/note
that indicates that support for xml-stylesheet with XSLT
is understood as being important and is planned to be
properly specified in 5.1 (or some such).

Thoughts?
