There will be a TPAC meeting in Lyon, France in October/November:

We should consider whether we want to have a WG f2f there.

Paul had sent email about this at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xml-core-wg/2012Mar/0004
and we discussed it a bit on the call.

Henry pointed out
that he and Richard had implemented something like what
Paul was suggesting, so he thought it might be useful.

Norm pointed out the potential problems and didn't think we
should try to add this to XInclude.

We ended up deciding just to recommend the use of the xpath()
scheme and not add something here to XInclude.

> ACTION to Norm: Continue to publicize the XInclude 1.1
