I'm surprised/possibly dismayed to find that the relevant notation and
and entity decls are among the few things which the XML
spec. _requires_ to be reported to an application, on encountering an
attribute of type ENTITY, ENTITIES or NOTATION. . .
See sections 4.4.6 and 4.7 [Note there's a typo in the _Infoset_ spec
in Appendix B -- item 6 should refer to 4.4.6 and 4.7 in the XML
spec.]
SAX2 does in fact support this. . .
Hmm.
I guess we have to require it (that is, the relevant props are going
to go in class P -- if you've seen the decls, you must report them).
