LEIRI note on TR page?

Henry,

I had occasion to go looking for our LEIRI note today and was very
confused by the fact that it does not appear under XML on the TR page
or on this page at all: http://www.w3.org/standards/techs/xml#w3c_all

I did eventually find it on the TR page filed under I18N and URI.
Given that it was produced by the XML Core WG, isn't it reasonable of
me to expect to find it under XML?
