ISO process is slow. XML Model is now under the ballot which closes at
the of August. In the middle of September we have SC34 face-to-face
meeting where we will discuss comments received during ballot.

My plan is to go back to XML Core WG with comments and proposed
resolutions in the second half of September. Is that feasible?
