== Regrets == First of all,sSorry, I was planning to attend but was pulled off. == Performance == With respect to Performance, I want to be sure that we take into account every aspect of performance For example, XML doesn't have a descent Event Model (à la SAX). EXI had to create a new one. We should think about having something like a NOTE in this area to link to SAX of StAX or EXI or whatever. And I'm pretty sure this won't fall into EXI or XPath basket : it's XML Core's one We could also think about defining some performance testsuite for XML 1.0 REC (again this is XML Core's basket) == New item in the charter == With respect to my second point which wasn't discussed at all, it is about putting in the Charter the need for having a spec (level 0) - Explaining how each spec of XML ecosystem interact (level 1) - A summary of XML + Namespace + xml:id + associating-stylesheet + xml:base + xinclude + infoset (level 2) - A merged spec of all those specs Whatever level is keeped, I would like the WG to consider each of them Best regards, Mohamed On Wed, Dec 1, 2010 at 4:58 PM, Grosso, Paul <pgrosso@ptc.com> wrote: > > > > Mohamed has suggested that XML Performance could become in the > > scope of XML Core.
