xml-model in SC34

The SC34 ballot finished. The draft got only "yes" votes and no comments
were received. Thus there is no need to change anything in the current
W3C Note for xml-model. SC34 document will be sent to a next stage
ballot and it should pass it smoothly. I think that there are two more
ballots which has to be passed before xml-model gets international
standard status.

I want to thank to all members of WG for careful review xml-model during
its processing in W3C. In my opinion this is a reason why no comments
were received in ISO process.
