Ballot: email vote on proposal to request another PER transition for AssocSS

Background
----------
We had a draft Associating Style Sheets with XML (AssocSS) PER at
http://www.w3.org/XML/2010/04/xml-stylesheet/

Daniel Glazman raised an objection at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-xml-stylesheet-comments/2010Apr/
0002

We had a transition-to-PER telcon on 2010 April 23 at which TimBL
expressed concern about Daniel's objection and asked that
we amend the draft before going to PER.

We produced an amended draft (with diff markup) at
http://www.w3.org/XML/2010/05/xml-stylesheet/xml-stylesheet.xml
and sent email to Daniel and TimBL asking for acceptance
of this amended draft.

It turns out that Daniel never got that email, but on August 6
he read some WG minutes and finally tracked down the email
and the amended draft. He sent his reply to that amended
draft which he permitted me to forward to the WG list at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xml-core-wg/2010Aug/0002
in which he said (about the amended draft):

 - I agree that the proposed change clarifies the situation from
your spec's point of view and in that sense, I accept the
   proposal.

In light of that, some of the WG members would like to
request another transition-to-PER telcon on this amended draft.

This email is a request for each of the 10 WG members in good
standing (as recorded in the attendance section of the last
several WG telcon minutes) to register their vote on the following
proposal. Voting closes midnight Boston time on September 2
(that is, when I get in to work on Friday the 3rd, I will consider
that all votes that are going to be cast have been cast) or the
moment we get at least 7 YES votes (or 7 NO votes), whichever
comes first.

If the vote passes, the chair will send in a transition
request and ask our staff contact to make necessary arrangements
to move this forward toward a PER review.

Resolved:
---------
That the WG request that the PER-ready draft of AssocSS at
http://www.w3.org/XML/2010/05/xml-stylesheet/xml-stylesheet.xml
be submitted for PER.

Vote!
-----
Please reply to this email and to the list (so that it gets archived)
with your indication of whether you vote YES, NO, ABSTAIN, or CONCUR
with the above Resolution.
