-----Original Message----- From: chairs-request@w3.org [mailto:chairs-request@w3.org] On Behalf Of Susan Westhaver Sent: Thursday, 2009 June 11 7:42 To: chairs@w3.org; w3c-ac-members@w3.org; ab@w3.org; tag@w3.org Cc: w3t@w3.org Subject: W3C: Registration for TPAC2009 is now Open Dear Advisory Committee Representatives, Chairs, AB, and TAG Members, Registration [1] for W3C's Technical Plenary/Advisory Committee Meetings Week (TPAC2009) is now open. Please review the Schedule for Group meetings [2] as a few small changes have been made with some groups. We have organized a PayPal page to collect registration fees. The early-bird registration fee is $50 USD per person, per day [4]. The meeting registration fee will increase as of 21 September 2009. Registration Tip: Please answer all of the questions on the Meeting Registration WBS [1] and hit submit before going to the PayPal payment page, otherwise your registration specifics may not be saved. We also suggest folks check the box: Send a copy of these answers to my email address. As noted below, we advise folks to register for the meeting and make hotel arrangements as early as possible (preferably before the summer break). This year, it will be important that we have solid registration numbers and guest room pickup by September, or we will be at risk for losing meeting space and possibly hotel guest rooms.
