RE: Transition Request: (2nd) PER Request for XML Base Second Edition

Hi Steve,

Assuming we have agreement that we don't need a telcon,
are we approved for publication on the 20th?

If so, I believe I still need to file a publication request
with webreq, and it seems I should be doing that today.

(And then Henry, I believe, would need to draft the
announcement to the AC that would be sent on the 20th.)
