Subject: Decryption Transform to Last Call

The XML Security Specifications Maintenance WG [1] intends to publish
a Version 1.1 update to the Decryption Transform [2] Recommendation
as a Last Call Working Draft.

The latest red-line editors draft [3] for Version 1.1 shows changes
to incorporate use of C14N11 [4] to address issues related to the
inheritance of attributes in the XML Namespace as well as errata [5]
against the Decryption Transform recommendation.

If you have any issues or concerns before the XML Security
Specifications Maintenance WG makes a Last Call announcement, please
share them on the XMLSec Member only mailing list before 9 July.

Thank you.

regards, Frederick
