Actually, 
http://www.w3.org/XML/2007/04/hrri/draft-walsh-tobin-hrri-01c.html
is supposed to address all of Martin's comments to date,
though we're a bit concerned that we don't have all of
the comments Martin might have in mind to make.

I'll plan to send email to Martin pinging him about this.
