C14N diff

Folks,

I went ahead and constructed a diff between

  http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-c14n

and

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-xml-c14n11-20061220

This diff is (mostly) mechanically generated and my not be 100%
correct. YMMV, etc.
