C14N 1 1 comments [was: Agenda for XML Core WG telcon of 2006 November 8]

I'm fine with anything we all consider to be editorial,
but I don't want to hold up our approval to go to LC if
there are any objections.

So if anyone (including Glenn, of course) has questions 
or concerns about any of these changes, please say so in
email, and perhaps we will just pass on them until the
next draft.
