Draft Transition Request: PER Request for XInclude 1.0 Second Edition

Here is my draft PER requestion for XInclude 1.0 2nd Ed.

One question I have (mostly for Philippe and Henry) is
what IP paragraph we should have.  The XInclude 1.0 uses
CPP.  What should this 2nd Ed use?

We propose a publication date of 2006 MMM DD.   @@@

We propose that the PER period lasts from the date of publication
until 31 June 2006.  


PROPOSED CR TITLE, ABSTRACT AND STATUS SECTIONS

Abstract

This document specifies a processing model and syntax 
for general purpose inclusion. Inclusion is accomplished 
by merging a number of XML information sets into a single 
composite infoset. Specification of the XML documents 
(infosets) to be merged and control over the merging 
process is expressed in XML-friendly syntax (elements, 
attributes, URI references).
