I've done some more work on the second editions: http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/2006/04/xml-names-2e/xml-names-10-2e.html http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/2006/04/xml-names-2e/xml-names-11-2e.html There are also diff versions: http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/2006/04/xml-names-2e/xml-names-10-2e-diff.html http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/2006/04/xml-names-2e/xml-names-11-2e-diff.html Note that the diff versions are *both* against Namespaces 1.1. This is because 1.0 second edition is 1.1 without the substantive changes (IRIs and prefix undeclaring). This diff version won't be much use for the public but is useful for me at least. I haven't yet incorporated the potential erratum that we intend to publish concerning some abuses of the xml and xmlns namespaces. -- Richard
