Henry,

When the XML CG discussed this issue and also expressed a desire to
see it raised at the TAG (and when it was pointed out that part of the
thread has already been CC:d to www-tag), I agreed to take the action
to do so. And I have[1]. You can remove this from your todo list, I
think :-)
