xml:id test suite updates

For those who haven't been reading the xml:id list...

I wrote a catalog for the tests:

  http://www.w3.org/XML/2005/01/xml-id/test-suite.xml

and an XSL stylesheet that runs the tests

  http://www.w3.org/XML/2005/01/xml-id/runtests.xsl

the result for my processor (with the XML 1.1 feature enabled) is:

  http://www.w3.org/XML/2005/01/xml-id/xmlidfilter.html
