will a virtual face to face be held on 2 June 2009?

although the request was submitted to the list and elicited 2 positive 
responses from WG members, there has been no "formal" word on whether 
the XHTML2 WG will hold a virtual face 2 face meeting on Tuesday, 
2 JUNE 2009 -- if so, please confirm via a post to the list, and for 
the meeting itself, please consult (and edit/add as you deem necessary)
