addition to CURIE implementation report

For purposes of updating the CURIE implementation report, this is to
note that DAISY is using CURIEs in our ongoing revision of the
ANSI/NISO Z39.86 standard [1].
This follows as a consequence of our adoption of the XHTML Role
Attribute Module and the RDF/a attribute collection.
