I just went back and double-checked the RDFa test suite... of the 92
tests, only 14 include @profile in HEAD. So yes, we do have lots of
examples (78 of them) where @profile is not specified.

We should probably make some minor changes to the test suite based on
the two resolutions today:

* Remove some of the DOCTYPE declarations at the top of some of the test
files, since this is a SHOULD in the RDFa Syntax document.
* Add @version to the HTML element in some of the test files.
