CURIE and XHTML Role documents updated

As per my actions today, I have updated the CURIE and XHTML Role drafts 
to reflect our final changes.  Please review these (they are diff marked 
against the last call working drafts) and be prepared to vote on sending 
them to CR at the meeting Thursday.
