As per my actions from today, I have updated the Editor's Draft of the 
XHTML Access Module.  This update includes new wording about the key 
attribute and its characteristics as an abstraction.  It also removes 
the text regarding multiple id attributes with the same value, as per 
the working group decision on this topic (see 
http://www.w3.org/2008/08/13-xhtml-minutes.html for details).
