Call for Exclusions (Update): "XHTML 1.1 - Module-based XHTML (2e)" and "XML Events 2"

Dear Advisory Committee representative,

This is an update regarding the W3C Patent Policy exclusion opportunity
for the following Recommendation Track documents:

- XHTML™ 1.1 - Module-based XHTML - Second Edition
  (http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/),
  exclusion opportunity ending on 16 July 2007

- XML Events 2
  (http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-events),
  exclusion opportunity ending on 16 July 2007

These specifications were produced by the XHTML2 Working Group.

If you do not wish to exclude patent claims during this exclusion
opportunity, no further action is required.

Participants have until 16 July 2007 to exclude claims reading on these
Recommendation track documents; excluded claims are not subject to the
licensing requirements of the W3C Patent Policy for this document. For
