Your query has ambiguous scope, does that clarity matters? SPARQL 
engines will produce different results do to how they handle:

1. default graphs
2. named graphs.

Put SPARQL aside, and as I've already stated (presumptuously and 
pretentiously), Jurgen will take get you there, eventually.
