For what of coming with a better place I added a little list on the wiki HOWTO section: http://www.w3.org/wiki/Foaf%2Bssl/HOWTO#How_To_Manually_Create_a_WebID-watermarked_Certificate_for_your_Pre-existing_FOAF_File Perhaps worth moving that somewhere else. I am missing a page for Bergi's tool that would be constant and able to change as the software evolves.
